The Problem: After several instances of discrimination on the platform, Airbnb created a pledge and policy that we needed to share with the community.
Strategy: Use the most commonly-used button on the platform--the Accept button--to promote our values and ask the community to sign an anti-discrimination policy.
Role: My Art Director partner and I were responsible for the concept.
The Problem: Airbnb had no public-facing standards to govern community behavior.
Strategy: Create a product page that outlines the Airbnb mission, the potential threats to our community, and the consequences of participating in inappropriate behaviors.
Role: I partnered with our Trust and Safety team to write all content and guidelines for the page.
I was a contributing writer to the first issue of Airbnb's Pineapple Magazine. I continue to be involved with planning and concepting for the future of the magazine.
I worked with our Experiential Marketing team to provide one avid Boston couple the night of their lives.
